From Friday, October 14 to Saturday, October 15, SKYWARE held its two-day, one-night employee workshop on Daebudo Island in Ansan.
Employees who usually spend their days busy with their own projects and at client sites came together for a rare chance to step away from work and reconnect with one another. We kicked off the workshop with a group photo on the Daebudo beach under a clear autumn sky, and in the yard of our lodging we split into teams for a game of jokgu (foot volleyball), sharing laughs and a competitive spirit we rarely get to see from our colleagues at the office.
In the evening, we encouraged one another after a year of hard work and talked freely about where SKYWARE should head next. We believe these relaxed conversations across departments and job levels will lay the groundwork for even better collaboration once we are back in the field.
