Privacy Policy
Skyware Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea to protect personal information and to handle related concerns promptly. This policy applies to inquiries and brochure requests made through the Company’s website (www.skyware.co.kr).

This English version is provided for convenience. If there is any difference between this version and the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.
1. Purposes of processing
The Company processes personal information only for the following purposes. If a purpose changes, the Company will take the necessary steps, such as obtaining separate consent, as required by Article 18 of the Act.
- Responding to inquiries: receiving website inquiries, replying, and keeping consultation records
- Providing brochures: receiving company and solution brochure requests and sending materials
- Website operation and security: preventing misuse, handling failures, and improving the service
2. Items processed and retention periods
The Company processes only the minimum personal information needed for these purposes.

The Company does not collect unique identifiers such as resident registration numbers or sensitive information, and does not operate services directed at children under 14.
3. Processing and retention
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period set by law or consented to by the data subject, and destroys it without delay once the period ends or the purpose is achieved. Where other laws require retention, the information is stored separately for that period.
- Website access logs: 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act)
4. Destruction
When personal information is no longer needed, the Company destroys it without delay.
- Electronic files: permanently deleted by technical means so they cannot be recovered
- Paper documents: shredded or incinerated
5. Provision to third parties
The Company processes personal information only within the scope stated in Section 1 and provides it to third parties only with the data subject’s consent or where Articles 17 and 18 of the Act otherwise permit. The Company does not currently provide personal information to third parties.
6. Outsourcing
The Company may outsource some tasks, such as server hosting, to run the website. In that case, the Company states the necessary protection measures in the outsourcing contract in accordance with Article 26 of the Act and supervises the contractor. Any change in outsourced tasks or contractors will be disclosed in this policy.
7. Security measures
- Administrative: minimizing and training staff who handle personal information
- Technical: access control, encryption in transit (HTTPS), installing and updating security software
- Physical: controlling access to equipment and storage areas
8. Cookies
The Company uses cookies for convenience, such as remembering your language (Korean/English) and the “don’t show today” setting for pop-ups. You can allow, block, or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking cookies may limit some features. The Company does not collect behavioral information for targeted advertising.
9. Your rights
You may at any time ask to access, correct, delete, or stop the processing of your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by email (sky@skyware.co.kr) or phone (+82-2-714-0704). The Company will act without delay and inform you of the result. You may also exercise these rights through a legal representative or an authorized person, and the Company will verify the requester’s identity. These rights may be limited where the law provides.

This Privacy Policy is effective from October 20, 2026. Any additions, deletions, or changes will be announced on the website in advance.
