A range of customer-focused features, including a demo of the AI personal shopping CLOUVI and downloadable solution brochures
October 13, 2026 | SKYWARE NEWS
SKYWARE Co., Ltd. (CEO Jeil Woo), a specialist in enterprise e-business solutions, has launched a fully redesigned corporate website.
The redesign focused on presenting SKYWARE’s business areas, solutions, and key projects more intuitively, and on improving the user interface and experience (UI · UX) so that business customers can find the information they need quickly and easily.
The new website is organized around six core business areas: e-Commerce, SI · ITO, AI, UMS (unified messaging), AX consulting and implementation, and MRO purchasing and procurement. The information structure has been reorganized so that the main page presents all six areas at a glance in a single semicircle diagram, with direct links to the related service and solution pages. It also shows how each business connects on top of the common SCF 3.0 framework and an AI and data foundation.
Solution Demos and Technical Resources
The Solutions menu introduces the features and strengths of key products, including the SCOS commerce platform, the sOMP unified messaging solution, the AI personalization platform, and the MRO purchasing and procurement solution.
In particular, the AI personal shopping CLOUVI can be experienced firsthand through demo screens covering key features such as product recommendations, shopping cart integration, handoff to live agents, and the AI CX console. Before adopting it, customers can see for themselves how shoppers ask questions in their own words and receive product recommendations through conversation.
Brochure Downloads and Expanded Project Showcase
In the Resources section, visitors can download the company brochure and the SCOS, sOMP, AI personalization, and MRO solution brochures directly as PDFs. Brochure request and inquiry features are also available for customers who would like further consultation.
The Portfolio menu lets visitors search projects across a wide range of fields, including commerce platforms, mobile applications, WeChat services, and ERP · SI, by business area. Key projects such as WeChat Pay offline payments for Hana Card × Doota Duty Free, the Amorepacific beauty in-app service, and an AI shopping assistant for the NICE CLAUP online store are presented alongside client logos, giving customers a more concrete view of SKYWARE’s technical capabilities and project delivery experience.
Revamped Newsroom and Improved User Experience
The Newsroom has been reorganized into four categories: NEWS, INSIGHT, TECH TREND, and CULTURE, offering a variety of content on company news, technology trends, and corporate culture. Each article presents its summary and publication date in a consistent format, with diagrams and comparison tables for easier reading.
SKYWARE plans to continue sharing useful information with business customers through insight content on the latest technology and industry trends, including the ‘SKYWARE AX INSIGHT’ series, which translates the AI outlooks of leading global scholars into enterprise AX strategies, as well as articles on the difference between AI and AX, AI agents, cloud native, and WeChat Mini Programs. English pages are also available, improving accessibility for overseas customers and partners.
“This website redesign focused on helping customers find the information they need more quickly and easily, and explore our solutions for themselves,” said a SKYWARE representative. “We will continue to share a wide range of technical information and project case studies and strengthen our communication with customers.”
Through this website redesign, SKYWARE plans to broaden its touchpoints with customers and continue strengthening its capabilities as a technology partner supporting enterprise AX.
